ITEM: 1940's Puff Sleeve Floral Print Tea Dress
DESCRIPTION: A very pretty floral print tea dress (I would say late 40's and home-made, the tailoring is exquisite) with darling little buttons all the way down. Mid-blue background with cute white flowers. Super nipped-in waist. Soft silky material but not silk, unsure as it is not labelled but it is very light and floaty.
